is a friendly, privately run Guest House situated in the dynamic city of Chester. It has been providing accommodation as a guest house for almost 30 years.

We are located in Hoole, on a tree lined road leading into Chester city centre. It is about 1 mile from the Cross, the ancient centre of the city and it is easily accessible by transport links as well. The National Cycle Network Route 56 is behind the house.

Erno and his family warmly welcome you to this charming Victorian home. All our accommodations are clean, comfortably furnished, spacious, non-smoking en-suite rooms, with central heating, colour TV, hospitality tray and free WiFi internet access.
We offer a delightful full English breakfast, cereals and toast, jams with coffee or tea, milk and orange juice. It is included in the price. Vegetarians are welcome.

Cyclists, bikers, walkers are also welcome. Drying facilities available in the unlikely event of bad weather. Bikers can use our huge lock-up garage and store the machines safely.
If you don't have your own bicycle, rent a bike here.
I've got several mountain bikes you can hire for a small fee. One bike can come with a rear child carrier seat. I provide helmets as well.

A free ample car park on site is available for guests.
